When can I expect my order to arrive?

Due to increased order volume and COVID-19, there may be a delay in processing and/or shipping your order. Thank you for your patience as we all navigate this difficult time.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Most orders ship from our warehouse in New York, NY.

If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order is placed, it is unable to be cancelled or modified.

What is your return policy?

All orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. Please feel free to contact us.
